How does the 360 photobooth work?

Once guests are on the booth,the camera spins around to capture a 360 degree video. Once done, guests visit the sharing station where they can instantly view the finished video and send to themselves.

What area do you service?

We are based out of Charleston,SC  and surrounding lowcountry areas. We also travel to North Carolina and Georgia. Mileage /travel fees may apply.

Question 4

Can the 360 video booth be rented for outdoor events?

Accepted Answer

Yes.but please note video quality may vary  during outdoor events. Access to an electrical outlet is also requested.

This will vary based on the size of each guest involved in each video session. On average, our 360 booth comfortably fit 1-2 people per session

Question 5

Do you require a deposit?

Accepted Answer

In order to secure your date, a  50% deposit of  and a signed contract will be required at the time of booking. The final payment will be due no later than 48 hours prior to the event.   Payment is due in full for all events scheduled   within 7 days of the event date. We accept major credit card/debit cards.

What happens if I have to cancel my booking?

When you pay your deposit we reserve your date and time and do not take any other reservations      for that date/and or time. For this reason, all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of a date or location change, or wedding cancellation.

Question 7

Are you able to set up the booth earlier than our start time?

We arrive up to one hour before your event to set up and to ensure everything runs as planned. Idle fees may apply if an earlier setup is requested.

Question 8

How long does it take to receive the 360 video?

Accepted Answer

we provide our own internet access during events for the instant sharing stations. On average , videos are available for viewing on the sharing station   and can be sent  within 20-30 seconds of being recorded. If by chance we have weak service in your area , videos will be queued and shared after the event once we can connect to a stronger signal.
